SMB 2wd build

Just got done with a little mod project that I thought I’d share. Bought this 2001 SMB EB 50 with a high roof. Found it down in LA, one owner, 85k miles. Overall really clean, needed a couple things here and there but great condition and no rust. I ordered up the Ocotillo Cruiser kit from Weldtec. Those guys are great to deal with. Had it installed at a local shop in Watsonville. (I’m in Santa Cruz) put on a set of American racing outlaw 2’s. They recently started making this rim in black, I think they look really good. Wrapped them in 265/75/16’s. I was a little hesitant thinking that the 265’s might look a little small with that large of a van but I think they look great. Installed bushwackers all around. The van already had 2” wheel spacers in the rear so the wheels fit really well with the flares on the rear. Hoping to add solar and possibly racks and a ladder soon. Here’s some pics..

Sounds like a sweet van let’s see some pictures! I’m in Santa Cruz also neighbor. I’ve gotten my lifted 2wd through lots of gnarly adventures it’s surprising sometimes..

Before you upload your pics resize them a tiny bit in your photo editor then save and upload them to the forum.

If you want Pic's to show up in correct orientation you need to:
"CROP" them just a bit first, then "SAVE"...now you can post.
