Starting with a 2001 E350 V10 2wd sportsmobile high top. Purchased a 2003 E350 V10 with a quigley 4x4 under it and we did the swap from one van to another. Total swap took about 3 weeks could be faster if the parts had not been so rusted.
Cool stuff. I like the obvious 'van22' username. Looks like you probably have some parts you could sell here. That high top and those 2wd wheels would go quickly.
The high top as off a news van so it was super heavy duty but due to my time line I had to scrap that. Still have a rebuilt transmission for this ready for a transfer case to be attached. Also have some very nice stock rims and Michelin tires with only 1600 miles on them. That set is for sale for $650.
