Squeaky Suspension

Hi All,

Our 2 1/2 half year old van has suddenly developed some serious
squeaks. These appear to come from the rear suspension and can be
heard both in the van and outside whenever someone in the van moves.
It doesn't take much, just rolling over in bed can be enough, but
walking about definitely gets the squeaks going. Nothing has changed
on our van, so it must be that something has worn. We've got about
21,000 miles on it now.

Any ideas what it might be and how I can get rid of them.
