It might be helpfull to know a little about the van you are putting it into.

- What year?

- 2wd/4wd (who converted it)?

- Diesel or Gas?

In general, I would think you want to run the existing tank very low on fuel. Then drop the tank. Pull out the fuel pump, fuel filler and any vent hoses, etc. Make sure you know what you removed.

You may need a new crossmember to support the front of the new tank. If so, fabricate it.

Mount the fuel pump, fuel filler and any other hoses etc. to the new tank.

Connect the tank brackets to the crossmembers.

I think there is a thread with photos that describes a transfer flow install.

Here is a link to my custom modded install for an older van (96) using a 97 Quigley Tank with a 96 fuel pump 97 fuel assembly:

It's still working fine with no issues. Best part of that whole effort was getting rid of that gas fume smell

I don't know what year you're working with, Mikey, but FYI here's some information on the hassle I had getting the Sportsmobile-installed Transfer Flow tank to fill all the way on my 2004:
