Van family help

Hey all, 1st time here.
I live in Seattle area. Wondering if there are any van peeps willing to help me fix some quirky maintenance things on a 94 Econoline conversion van I just bought.

I'm female, not too knowledgeable about these things, ie driver has no visor-- pretty crucial to have a visor for blocking the blinding sun. Blinds just hang...I mean they lay flat on the window ledge. Cup holders are missing. Just holes left in their place.

Is there, are there, any do-gooders willing to help me repair theses things?
Thankyou! 👏☺

By "driver visor" do you mean the inside overhead thingy? If that's missing and you have the stock headliner a VGC or NOS part could possibly be found on eBay. They should be about $50 or less, don't be shocked if more for a brand new never sold/installed part (aka NOS).

I hope someone steps up to help---proximity will be the only concern most likely though.

I am located in Seattle and maybe able to help somewhat. You can PM me if you want. Seems like your list so far just requires buying some parts and easy installation.

Sounds like you need to visit a couple wrecking yards near Seattle. Think of it as a treasure hunt.

Visor

Thankyou.
I found wrecking yard on Craigslist. They might be able to help me.

It's a ways away for me, but I might head out there.
Thx

Ande, To Pm a member just "click" on the members name and you'll get a drop down menu - "send a Private message" is what you're looking to use.

If you have the accordion pleated shades, it's likely the cord has broken. Very common. This thread shows how to rebuild them:

It's also possible to straight up buy them from some RV retailers. They're sold based on width.
