That looks like a way better solution than the step anyway! Glad to see you got it worked out.

Yep, the steps are going to work nicely for our situation. Started sanding down the hoop steps yesterday to get them ready for some flat black paint

I approve of the hot tub steps, just don't show Jen, she'll be jealous, since I've been making her jump into my van for the last two years.

^ You might as well just order a set now.

I don't want to have to chain mine to a wheel when we go camping next. She can't be trusted. I'll end up laying on the ground with a broken ankle looking over at my fancy hot tub steps sitting next to your van.

Why don't you just buy her an early Xmas present? Problem solved, good will for all.

Climbing into the van is good for her.

Ok just spent the week in Vegas for work and did not have Jiminy but my vannet. Looking to go to the meet in San Diego I want to swap things out for beach and water when I get get home. I open the door and it looks like someone has been sleeping in the van and stuff is all over the place. I'm thinking the wife must have had issues during the week and with me being gone the dogs had issues so she needed to escape locked herself in the van.

Yep they ran her out of the house

Did the Chromoly inserts into the lift bars project that others have done.
Now I lift my top with confidence.
Not a dramatic pic of anything but I got to try out the new camera.

The dogs ran her out of the house? That sounds like a problem for you!

That's a big improvement, but not an easy job! Well done.
