Garage
other than changing the fuel filters + changing the oil + changing the thermostat, the only upgrade we've done recently is our diy radiator cover:

all parts are from mcmaster or amazon:
cover = https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...e?ie=UTF8&th=1
snap (male side) = https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/95707A720
snap (female side) = https://www.mcmaster.com/95690A151/
the setting tool = https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/95710A690 + https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/95710A696

surprisingly the ECT stayed within reason (up to 214 climbing a hill on US 395) with ambient about 50-55 F on an ecocity tune from quicktricks.
intake temp was about 100-110 becuz we have the zystra mod (a sealed intake is on the to-do-list)

Genius! These grey top consoles with the garbage cans always look horrible after a little splashed coffee. Never had that problem with my black top compact.

It's a perfect fit. Didn't even get any water spots.

Had the rear spring pack totally rebuilt. New bushings, pads, unbolts etc. Can really tell the difference.

What is a "black top compact"? Do tell...it that a smaller console that allows more clearance to the front seats?

Replaced the drawer slides on the pantry.

I used the same brand slides as SMB...Knape-Vogt. The ones I ordered are "stay close" units so it takes a little stress off the plastic pantry latch. One review says they are sold individually but that is incorrect; it is two slides per package.

Mmm, tortellini...

Pre-clean up...

All attached and ready to reinstall...

A stubby screwdriver or right angle drill attachment comes in handy for the tight quarters install. Fit like a glove and feels brand new

I ended up adding a third slide on both sides, it really helped.
