Anything to ID the tool or the fasteners. I've used numerous like Rivet Nuts or Plus Nuts, they seem to have various names.

Once you have the CAD files replicating your parts would indeed be easier and certainly less costly should you do this again.

Not sure I agree butyl is the best answer as its highly prone to degradation over time, probably much more than any other sealant. Using something that cures leaving a semi-flexible seal is best, IMHO and being in the glass installation biz too.
Anyway thanks for offering any images or parts numbers on your Huck fasteners---as I said more curiosity than anything.
