Battery charger 15amp 110v van outlet?

Ok a question for those that may have a solution.Presently I have a battery charger inside the van under the couch which has a typical plug end.I would like to be able to charge the battery through that charger without having to run a extension chord through an open door or window.
Would like to be able to hook up battery charger from outside the van. What would you suggest connector wise.
Have been looking at Marinco connect charge mounts, which are marine outlets. Are there other possibilities that I should be looking at.
Thanks

somewhat related.........I have the same charger/converter....

Do you have the Charge wizard for that charger? The charge wizard turns it into a smart charger from a dumb charger. It's beyond me why the charge wizard module isn't incorporated into the charger.....
