Battery Isolators,Separators, and Switches?

Thanks for confirming my suspicion Brian and Greg. I have very little knowledge on how old the breaker is, part of buying second hand I suppose. First step is replacing it with a like-for-like unit because it is cheap ($12 from uncle bezos). Really don't want to open up the parts cannon on this thing yet after replacing the AGMs this weekend.

Thanks for the tip in the breaker switch. Installed the new blue sea piece and my heart sunk when I still failed to get a charge at idle. Was able to push in the little button and fired the van back up and ... It works! 14.5v reading at the inverter. Thanks for the help.
