Battery losing voltage while plugged in to shore power?

So my house battery is losing power while plugged into shore power. I replaced the battery because the first one felt hot to the touch. This second one has been plugged in for 20 hours and it is down to 7 volts. Any ideas what is causing this?

Shore power is working as the microwave power is on.

What kind of charger do you have? It does not sound like your charger is working, It may need to be reset, did everything get hooked back up Ok?

Interesting. I haven't looked at the Sportsmobile power distribution under the gaucho yet. I had to run to work. How do you reset it?

That is all going to be dependent on what charger you have.

Here is what I have. The reset seems to be the power outlet. The power source is plugged into it. Can't tell yet if reset did anything.

False alarm. My wife unplugged the extension cord in the garage. Ah well I learned about the van anyway

Yep, that'll do it. At least it didn't cost you anything.
