Unhappy Blueseas ACR 7622, not working. Help troubleshooting?

I installed the 7622 close to 2 years ago and it has been flawless, impressive and vital to keeping my house batteries happy (along with the solar system).
But yesterday it has stopped working correctly. It does click on when the engine is running but doesn't connect to charge the house batteries. It's blinking two times then pauses and blinks twice -repeating over. I can hit the off on the button and then it's off.
I've checked the voltage on both posts, one side shows van volts and the other is house volts.
I haven't changed anything to the system in a very long time.
Is there a life expectancy of the unit? My van is constantly in use therefore sees a lot of usage.

I disconnected all the wires from the switch waited for a few minutes to reconnect but no change.

With all the cloudy days recently I need to get this working asap.
Suggestions are highly welcomed. Thanks.

What are the house and van battery readings at the 7622 terminals when no solar or charging? Same/similar readings at the batteries?

LEDs double blink,Blink-Blink-Pause, Repeat = Manual override--check ACR for switch states OR ACR mechanical failure.

Has the manual override switch (Yellow Knob) setting been changed, if off you would here the click but there would be no connection and get that blink code. If not that, it sounds as if it is broke, you should probably contact BlueSea.

Shortly after I posted this last night I sent blueses an email... But yeah everything appears to show that the unit is broken.

The readings at the post are the same at the batteries. Thank you for asking but I did check. Also the yellow switch is in the same position it has been in forever. I did mess with it a little bit and it didn't change the non-working status.

I have seen this on one other van, it looks like something has broken in the mechanical latching mechanism. I suspect moving the yellow knob to close does not connect the batteries either. Sorry to say it sounds like toast.

The other possibility is cleaning the internal contacts if they are dirty, removing the 4 screws will give you access, and you can check if they are dirty. I suspect that it is internal, but it may be worth a try.

I'll wait and see if blueseas will warranty before I mess with it.
Thanks.

So I spoke with Kevin from Blueseas and he had me press that, turn this and everything started working again. He suspected that the ACR detected it wasn't closed completely and went into safe mode. Strange indeed, but better than letting 260 amps flow wildly lol.
Possibly a little dirt prevented the yellow switch from completely turning.
But in the end, I'm more impressed with Blueseas products and their services.

Well it was working for a few hours just fine but it has failed again.
So i made a quick call back to Kevin at Blueseas and he sent me a worksheet. I am to find out what voltages are at certain points in the wiring send that back to him. If the voltages show the ACR is not working they will warranty.
I'm very impressed with his customer service, sadly the ACR appears to be a pia... at this point in time.
I'll keep everyone updated.

Update as of 20 mins ago.

Kevin from Blueseas guided me to the fix.
He suggested that the starter batteries were possibly at fault. So I got under the van and started testing the voltage and found the cable from the frame mounted battery that connects to the under hood battery had bad corrosion and wasn't making any connection.
I took it apart, cleaned and put back and BAM! Frame battery's voltage went from 12.8 (engine running) to 14.28. Subsequently now providing proper power to the ACR to charge the house batteries and function properly.

I kind of feel like a dope... But problem resolved.
