Actually you probably know how your battery preformed before and it should still be the same. Each type of battery can be slightly different so Concord who makes Lifeline batteries should have the info on their site. You might see a chart similar to this below for AGM batteries but you have to figure in time and the amps being used. This has been asked before and if I find the link I'll post it.

I have a friend who has a carbon pile tester that I use which comes with charts and takes the math out of it.
