You got a battery isolater in there?? could be your issue.

The relay on the fender is the isolater and its been replaced and tested.

And you checked all the fuses and connections between the battery and the alternator?? Something is badly amiss if you don't get alternator voltage back there. Are you getting 14+ at the starter battery with the van running?

Well, now you can start troubleshooting.. with no change on voltage I'd look at fuses and connections first. And go from there.

Problem solved- like an earlier post on a similar problem it was the relay under the battery tray. I think this is the starter relay. Anyway, it was the last placed tested and it of course was the problem.

The relay that's visible on the fender is for the starter. The aux battery relay is much lower, basically mounted to the engine-side of the wheel well. Tiny hands can reach it, but its way easier to pull the battery first.
