F250 Radio with nav to E350 without

Has anyone had any luck with installing the F250 radio with Nav and dvd into a 2010 E350? I have the radio and amplifier from the F250, I have seen kits online for $350 but they include the amp that I already own. all I need is an adapter harness and that is not worth $350 any help would be greatly appreciated! I installed the radio and everything works, just no sound because this unit is basically a preamplifier. thanks

Contact Crutchfield and see what they offer.

Some of these OEM "entertainment/information" systems are integrated to one another and not always or easily adapted into other vehicles even of the same brand.

After many Emails and phone calls I think I may have found the solution, it is a T-Harness for $100 plus tax and shipping, I have ordered one and will install it as soon as it gets here, then I will re-post and let you know if it works, if it does I will post a link or a phone number.
