Ford aux switches

I am trying to get ready for a trip. In doing so I need power to the rear of the van. Where do u tie into the aux switches. I looked under the hood and there is a blank 4 pin connector, there was also a 4 pin plug in the console laying loose. Trying to determine if I plug in the loose plug somewhere of use the piece under hood.

Under the hood. There is a passthrough harness to bring the circuits back inside through the firewall. The pass-through the 4-pin connector near the blunt-cut wires below the cowling, and the other end is near the steering column.
