so I measured ground to the breaker red post: 12.8v
and ground to black post: 15.3v
BTW, i also measure again my van batt at 11.1v and 11.6v (engine on)
So it looks like you circuit breaker is bad or reset. They normally use a 50 auto-reset breaker in that location. That does not mean it hasn't been changed. Try looking for a reset button on the case. You should read the same voltage on both terminals of the breaker.
I assume you mean you have (11.1 and 11.6 ) on the two house batteries? Which is again different than the 12.8 you see on the house side of the breaker.

So posting an update:
I let the van sit and the house battrey dropped to 2,8 (no engine)
but now i just I changed the breaker and I'm getting 15.2 on each side of the breaker.
i also see 15.1v at my house battery (with engine on)
I'll report the progress after I keep it running a little bit.. but it sounds lie progress right?
Now I just need to figure out which inverter to run to power a microwave??
I have also a fridge , a TV and a water pump (I obviously don't run everything at the same time... except the fridge).. let me know if you have advices on the inverter...
.. and many thanks for the guidance..
I got Skye's number from the folks at Agile, and was considering working with him....but unfortunately, my project got put on the back burner for a while, so I never pursued it.
Anyway, I have no direct experience with him and no business affiliation, just throwing it out there as a possible lead for you.
Being an old phart, I have gone through many vehicles, boats and now an RV. I can tell you from experience, electrical problems are THE worse, especially when intermittent.
Forget car dealers, they are not experienced enough to trouble shoot. They are great at throwing parts at a vehicle in the hopes of fixing it.
My best results in these kinds of problems were to look up specialized automotive electrical repair shops that have been in business in the same place with the same owner for a long time. I have use these shops twice and both times they fixed my problems quickly and way cheaper than the dealers.
