The circled item is a 12V circuit breaker. There's a small black button on one of the long sides that should reset it.

Thank you for that clarification—I knew there was a circuit breaker somewhere inline, but didn't know that's what it is. I actually bought a Blue Sea circuit breaker to replace it, as well.

Just wanted to post a followup for anyone else who might stumble upon this thread who is experiencing a similar problem. I didn't end up having to remove the rear seat after all. After disconnecting and moving the furnace vent tubes I was able to wedge my hands into the space and using short handled screwdrivers, replace the OEM fuse block with the Blue Sea unit. Now all my lights work when I turn them on. Except the main cabin fluorescent lamp, which was always the only reliable light that WOULD work when I wanted to. I replaced the bulbs to no avail, so assuming a bad ballast, I ordered a replacement fixture. Hopefully that'll do the trick. Anyway, thanks to all for the helpful suggestions.
