The first thing you need to know is what size/shape/wattage and type of base is in there now.
That will eliminate many of the choices you have found.
With LEDs you might need to decide the color/temperature range you want as well.

I have been replacing my bulbs with LEDs and have bought all of them on Amazon, but check for reviews as some are not rated well.

The technology is changing daily and the prices are all over the place.
Some bulbs are much more directional and others are more like a normal bulb.
Fitment can be a problem, the bulbs I bought for my license plate light were too long and the ones I bought for my third/high mounted brake light were too big in diameter to fit into the hole so I had to get different ones.
The dome light bulbs I bought to replace the Ford bulbs are very blue and had to be rotated until they were aimed to the best light. I also added three round LED ceiling lights (maybe the same as you CCV ones?) that are more white/yellow.
Both are fine at night but neither one has as much fill as a regular bulb in the early evening hours or on rainy days.
Since those lights are a camping type light you might check some rv camping sites.
