Inteli Power Converter Charger 9200 Blue Sea ACR 7622 wiring diagram

Hi wise ones.

I have a pre-owned Sportsmobile Texas built 2006 ford e350 6.0 turbo diesel with full interior.

See attached pic of how I believe, just based on visuals, it’s currently wired with the Inteli Power Converter Charger 9200 and Blue Sea ACR 7622 and let me know if you see any issues with it.

I believe the fuse panel is actually tied into the start battery because when the start battery got down to 10v, the van wouldn’t start and the fridge/faucet water pump no longer had power.

Appreciate your advice.

As your diagram is drawn the only way for the fuse panel to be connected to the start battery is when the ACR is connected. When the ACR is connected both batteries are in parallel. You should check out if the ACR is working correctly, primarily if it is disconnecting correctly. If you check the voltage at ACR A & B and the are the same , chances are it stuck connected. Do you have the Contura Switch wired in with the ACR?

I have the switch, but it’s not connected yet.

Should I connect the positive cable from the fuse, panel and the converter to the positive post of the house battery?

I have a feeling the start battery is connected on the same side of the ACR as the converter cable.

Ok, that is not how you have drawn it. Electrically the drawing is OK, moving them around to the battery post would be eclectically the same. That would be better, but wouldn't solve the issue. Without knowing wire sizes it would be hard to make a real good recommendation. Normally SMB has circuit breaker somewhere between the fuse panel and bat.

How is the ACR wired up? Do you have both house and start batteries on the same ACR terminal? how about control wires?

Thanks for the insight. Hopefully I fixed it. The house and start batteries were swapped on the blue sea ACR

Shore power isn’t connected but I just heard the click and now ACR is in the depressed (connected) position. Does it have anything to do with the fact that the ACr is mounted upside down?

The click happened after the fridge compressor stopped and the house battery went from 12.5 to about 12.7ish, also the start battery was as about 12.9ish.

Now they are connected both batteries are about 12.79.

I’m assuming when both battery levels go below 12.75 it’ll automatically disconnect?

No it will not matter the position of ACR.

To be clear you had the start and house batterie switched on your drawing. You know have house, Inteli power and fuse panel on ACR A. and the starter on ACR B.

Yes, I would expect it to disconnect at low voltage cutout.

On the smaller control wires what is connecter. Black the ground is connected or it wouldn't work at all. How about the red wire? or any other wires.

Just checked. House battery is at 12.5, start battery 12.8 and ACR automatically disconnected. Yay
