LED Dome Light - Source?

One of my LED light elements burned out in my SMB. I had a leak from standing snow on the roof that pooled in the dome light lens. Does anyone know where I can get one of these?

Here's the one I put in my Crown Vic, though at least from Amazon, it's not currently available. White light, and a red light.

Thanks for your suggestions but I was looking for a replacement LED light element inside the dome light. It has a small white porcelain base and an LED circuit board with the LED chips on one side and the power driver electronics on the other. There are two white wires coming out of the base in the center. Shows up pretty well in the photo in the 1st post. Anyone know where I can get a couple of these?

Thanks Len! I think I can solder this LED light board into my existing lamp holder base. Hadn't thought of doing that until I looked that these.
