You might just have to use more than one as suggested. Maybe search for electrical gutter boxes. They are typically long.

i am leaning toward building a wood box, cover in fabric to hide my skills

ya think a dremel tool with a rotary blade will cut clean holes ?

two of the meters have @ 1/4 inch lip for error, the renogy only 1/8 inch

any one use a dremel to cut holes in wood or plastics for above style meters ?

I just built an 2000w Xantrex inverter setup in my cargo trailer and just used plastic boxes for the remote, voltmeter and fuse gear. The Dremel worked OK cutting the plastic cover to fit the remote but a jig or saber saw might even do a better job. You just got to be a careful guiding the cut with the Dremel tool. For the holes I just used a step drill bit. I'd think wood might be easier to work with if it's thin enough.

Have you thought about using back to back plastic boxes and then cover them to appear as one box? Maybe you can find a pre-made wood box.

Not bad Rob. I haven't been out to off road for over a year but getting my van ready. I need two 4D batteries so after that hopefully I will get back into the pines.

When I needed custom mounting plates or boxes I designed what I needed and a friend 3D printed them. Attached are photos of two examples. That way you get exactly what you want.
