Need a new house battery

So, my second house battery in my 2014 Sportsmobile Ford E350 is about to give up the ghost. Are there better choices in 2021 than the one that came stock? ( I bought to rig new from Sportsmobile West.)

Lifeline has a great product - little more expensive than its counterparts, but if you treat them well (not dipping below the 50% discharge warnings) they should last years.

There is a product you may want to consider: Carbon Foam batteries - longer life cycles than AGM and handles 80% discharge

I’ve had two Firefly batteries in my rig for two years now and they’ve been excellent. However, if I can fit it into my budget I’m going to upgrade to two lithium batteries purely for the fact that they recharge faster on shorter drives with my 50A Kisae DC->DC charger.

How did you fit the Firefly batteries onto your rig? Did you use the same space as the AGM battery which is above the rear axle?

My van is completely self built and the batteries are inside.
