Need Electrical System Installer

I am getting a new Ford Transit van in early November which will be built out for stealth camping. I will do most the work myself, but am NOT comfortable doing the solar panels and electrical system myself.

I'm finding it difficult to find someone who is an expert to take on this project. Looking for suggestions for someone who is an expert at installing 12V electrical systems with solar.

I'm still reading and studying, but I assume I should install the solar panels and electrical system, including the various cable runs throughout the van, before I put in the walls and ceiling? I'm also assuming the flooring should be done first since the batteries will be on the floor.

Can’t help you with an installer on that side of the country (other than a lot of Marine shops have very capable people), but when you get to building your interior I would recommend laying a couple additional wires between the different areas - they come in handy later when you feel the need to add something additional.
