It's time for new start batteries in my 2006 Ford 6.0 diesel SMB. There are two Group 65 batteries under the passenger side floor. I've searched through this site and didn't see any recent threads for best brands of Batteries. I can get Interstate MTZ-65 AGM type from where I work for $230 each. They are 770 CCA rated. I see Odyssey AGM 65-PC1750T on Amazon for $300 each. They are 950 CCA rated.
I got a duracell platinum AGM Group 65 from Sams Club I think they are under 200 bucks right now. 750 CCA. Pretty sure they are made by East Penn MFG in USA.
On my second set of Duracell AGM Group 27s from Sam’s Club. First set of three lasted over five years, and I’m not terribly good at keeping the charge up all the time.
Interstate honors their warranty whether you are the original purchaser or not and they are everywhere. Main reason I generally go with them, but curious what others use/like.

I'm still on the Sears platinum battery (re-badged Odyssey) that they once offered. I did get 4 years out of the original Odyssey AGM 65-PC1750T before a dealership burned them up. I think they would have gone longer. I do like using AGM batteries for both starting and house battery systems when banked together. JMO.

Bosch Platinum AGM from Pep Boys. Have used those now in a couple of rigs including our own. They have been excellent. Watch for the Pep Boys On line specials, right now they are $160 each. The store will honor the online price but you have to ask them to do so.
