I faced the same question when I had mine built.

The only change I made was not installing the microwave oven. (Bought a cheap one and it is still in the original box in the garage.) I did add the the small Xantrax MSW inverter with remote switch and wired a single outlet under the bench seat. it comes in handy on occasion to charge a laptop. Have never regretted the decision to not install the full 110v system. Have only spent one night in a campground where there was a power hookup available.
