Starter wont stop cranking

Just wanted to give every one a heads up on what i am dealing with today. 2007 Ford E350 powerstroke.(Sportsmobile RB). I went out to start the van for a little trip into town and when i switched the key to the accessory position (pre-heater, radio etc.) the starter kicked on and would crank uncontrollably in the acc position. Relay tested out good but after back probing i found power on both pin 86 and 30. 80 should be hot but 30 should not be on until the key cylinder is turned to the start position. Going to test/ignition switch tomorrow hopefully that will solve the issue. If you have any impute or trouble shooting ideas please let me know. Just happy it happened at home and not out at black rock. Of course nothing is marked on the fuse box cover so i will make a laminated reference card for both fuse boxes and the random SB fuse clusters found under the dash and throughout the van.

Today we have eliminated the ignition switch and starer relay, The PCM should ground the starter relay when the key is turned to the start position, sadly something is shorting to ground in run position. going to look for chafing on wire harness and check all ignition wires under dash today for shorts and or grounding. Probably going to go into the local shop on Monday.
