Surface Mount Circuit Breaker Replacement

Everytime I look under the rear seat this item keeps catching my eye. It's state of corrosion screams for attention. This is part of an SMB build.

I found it's replacement here, EATON's Bussmann Series 181080F-01-1

But I have some questions:
- What's this thing's purpose? Where's the reset? From its description it seem redundant with the breakers on the panel.
- What's a good website to source replacement connectors, or maybe Home Depot?
- What gauge wire is it connected to it (SMB build), in case I need to replace some?

I'm assuming that SMB builds their electrics similarly across their offerings, so hopefully this will be familiar to someone.

Thanks!

Gauge should be printed on the cable some place. Peel back the split loom and see what you see. By all means take care of that corrosion etc. Sooner or later you'll either lose power or heat those connections up to the point of starting a fire possibly.

Once you know the gauge(s) you can look on amazon. That stuff is all on there. I use bestboatwire.com as much as possible. They have great deals on marine grade wire and connectors. Fast shipping too. Connectors go by wire gauge and then terminal post size.

Redundancy is good with circuit protection. Protect the main and then protect the branches. That is a Type-I breaker with auto reset so it will keep trying to reset until the overload or short is gone.

Where's the reset?

Thanks!
The breakers in your van and in your link are auto-reset. They are also available in manual reset flavors and look like this:
