I'm not familiar with the tripplite inverters and figure someone who has one will respond to you. With my Xantrex, if that happens it usually means something tripped it off. Have you tried to reset the main power button on the inverter?
I don't know if this thread will help you out: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=8212

Are you saying the green light on the top right is blinking?
From the manual
“LINE Green LED”: If the operating mode switch is
set to “AUTO/REMOTE”, this light will ILLUMINATE
CONTINUOUSLY when your connected
equipment is receiving continuous AC power supplied
from a utility/generator source.
If the operating mode switch is set to “CHARGE
ONLY”, this light will BLINK to alert you that the unit’s inverter is
OFF and will NOT supply AC power in the absence of a utility/generator
source or in over/under voltage situations.
So if you are set to charge only then you would see that. The other traffic light on the left gives you battery capacity which all off would be 1-20%. I can't say I have ever seen these completely off and charging. What is the shape of your battery? Overtime did the left hand lights change?
need some help have a tripp lite 2000 have only one lite coming on on right hand top flashing when plug in shore power no charging to house battery.
Just got done playing around with my meter and found 10.64 volts in house battery .So went deeper in to thing and found my sure power separator had died so no charging from van went into house battery. So invert/charger wouldnt work trying to bring voltage up to 12 volts for charge to come on. thanks Dave
