If you go the route of the KISAE DMT1250, it has a solar controller built in, so you can take solar controller off your list. (there are also other units that have both).
I would also recommend a battery monitor to your list. If you want to stick to the traditional coulomb counter VIctron makes a great line, or if you wanted to go with a simpler to use I would look at Balmar SG200. This will tell you what the SOC level is , and enable you to understand current usage of various devices while in use.
