I don't think it really matters who you talk to, but when it comes time to order, document, document, document. Nothing against SMB, but for the money you'll spend, you need to make sure nothing gets overlooked. Phonecalls are fine, but I would followup everyone that changes anything on your design with an e-mail. I would recommend this with any company.
One thing I'd recommend is calling back to see if they have Sprinters on the line right now. For me at least, I need to see things in person, not just an online sketch. If not, consider rescheduling.
