Salem Kroger Conversion Parts Hunt

Greetings, everyone, this is my first thread.

I am new to the community and from Panama, just purchased a 2000 Ford E250 with a Salem Kroger 4x4 conversion. I was aware the tie rod ends needed replacing, the previous owner also bought the car second hand and like me thought the parts would either be the same as the car make and model or, according to what I've read, from a Ford F series. As I have made my rounds to find the parts, I've had a tough time locating them, and some parts seem to not even be Ford. I found out that Salem Kroger closed quite some time ago, and haven't been able to find out what parts were used for this particular conversion. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look up white feather conversions. The Salem Kroger guy is there now. Apparently they still have records on the older conversions.
Others here likely have more specifics on that.
Is yours a coil or leaf spring front end?

Thanks a lot for the tip, will try and get in touch! Mine is a leaf spring front end. I was able to find 2 of the the tie ends, both from a Ford Club Wagon, one a E150 and the other from a E350. The other two, looking around I've found some similar tie rods but they're off of a 89-91 Chevrolet Suburban, so obviously I have doubts.

Hey Toro. I just saw this because I need to replace my tie rod ends as well. I'm currently running a Ujoint but still have the tie rod from when the van was a SK. Do you have part numbers or year s of the vans yours came from? Thanks.

Thanks! I was able to get in touch with Craig from White Feather, previously SK, however he wasn't able to help much since he couldn't remember well about the conversion other than stating most conversions were from 2004 F350s; The tie rods had no part numbers and possibly some part of the assembly was custom made, which ended up being my course of action; I took the parts to a welder who took care of doing a pretty good job. Thank you very much for getting in touch, I appreciate it enormously!
