SMB on the Line

Hello everyone!
I've been reading everybody's post for quit some time now and I must say...you guys are great! And I've spent a bit more money because of it, Thanks guys! but it's all good.
My SMB should be ready by the end of July...I hope. The build # is 27048F, Silver EB51 SMB 4x4, the tag on the window is 1910. SMB just finished with the 4x4 install and as of last friday, it's on line for the interior.

Thanks for the offer of checking on my SMB when you are there, I will definitely do the same for you all when I go there.

Congrads Roger

Hey Roger,

Congrads on your new SB. I have just started the process. This forum has been a great help. I hope you keep us updated on your new ride, the good the bad and the ugly. After reading pretty much every blog I am a little hesitant on following through. Of course I still will. Please send photos when you can.[/b]

After spending some miles and a few trips in my SMB I decided that if it ever gets wrecked the first thing I'm going to do is call and order a new one and the second is call my Insurance agent. I can't say enough good things about it. buy it buy it buy it...

The Day Finally Came, I picked-up my SMB this past Thursday!!! I must say that I was very impressed with the whole process and pick-up. SMB West took care of all the details for your drive-off, full tank of gas, water tanks filled, 12V fan, water hoses, power cords, air hoses, T bar, toilet paper, and even filled the water for the porta potti...I was pleasently pleased.

Excellent! Very nice looking rig.

My wife and I hope to take delivery of our SMB any week now, too.

Those are sharp rims. They seem pretty serviceable and not too flashy. What are they?

Pickup SMB

Nice looking Sportsmobile there! Sportsmobile West does do a very nice job.

I notice you have four crossbars on the roof. What are you going to carry up there with all that hardware?

The tires are Pro Comp Xtreme A/T 325/65/18 on Pro Comp rims. These tires have a 3800lb load rating and the rims have a 3450lb load rating.

The other cross bars are for the Yakimi skybox and solar panels that are still on back order. SMB West hopefully will ship it out this week???

Nice looking. I've seen those upper rear lights on a few other rigs- where is the switch for them? Do they come on in reverse?

Jage,

Mine are strictly switched. My rear bumper lights come on with Reverse, and also have a manual switch, but the roof mounted Hella work lights are manual only.
