taking delivery of our new sprinter in ...Reno

hi, our new sprinter ph is going to be completed in about 10 days and we are looking at having it driven to Reno for delivery from SMB West. Has anybody here done that recently? we will be traveling to Fresno the next day to get briefed on equipment operations. Anything we should know so we can use the Espar heater if needed without screwing it up before the briefing?

You should be OK. Just take time to absorb it but a video cam can be helpful. Never run the Espar on a low tank...ask SMB what the level is, mine is 1/4. Key on things you rarely use such as the water system control valves for cold weather preperation. If you have an electric top remember to unlatch the top...lots of newbies make that mistake. Be careful with the radio switch. Make sure your insurance is ready to go.
