Re: Added the most expensive custom accessory ever!
twogone: love that picture, I'm still unable to explain that difference to any member of the opposite sex.
shenrie: Thanks. We can't believe how fast the time has gone by. She was barely legal when got hitched though.
Jeffrey: I pay for whatever maintenance is necessary, if I could always do so with just money.
Sheriffdoug: I absolutely agree!
We're laughing about this too, she's great like that!

Re: Added the most expensive custom accessory ever!
It's amazing what I learn (or should learn) from this forum. So here's a quote from the book we are now reading at the Christian men's group called "Trek" which I go to at 6:15 a.m. on Friday mornings. (We meet at a bar not at a church.)
"Our ability to love is proportionate to our feeling of gratitude about life."
John, you obviously have mastered gratefulness. Thanks for posting.
Love is a great accessory to any van, or life...
I knew that I loved my wife when:
1. She skied better than me;
2. Giggled when she taught me how to ski trees fast;
3. And loved traveling to ski areas (and rivers) in my (now our) van.
Is it just me, or is a SportsMobile a metaphor for life?
Uh... and Go Giants!

Re: Added the most expensive custom accessory ever!
Thanks E350!
I don't see myself as a master of anything but rather an eternal pupil. I believe everything is a metaphor for life as long as your listening.
My personal mantra is:
"The only true expenditure in life is time."
I am grateful to have my best friend, who's my true love, with whom I can spend as much time as possible.
Sap off, back to manly stuff now.

dont ya love it when you meet the right one? id been through to many failed relationships where the girl i was attracted to and i shared nothing but sex (which isnt a bad thing i suppose...when your young, lol), but when i met my wife and she was game to try autox without hesitation, i thought to myself. dang. i better play this right. now we havent raced in a couple years, but she now has 7 years of seat time under her belt and hands ass to many men at autoxs, hillclimbs, and out at our rallyxs. shes even beat me a few times which my friends love to tease me about till i remind them that shes beat them way more, lol. my wife and i share all the same loves. we mt bike, snowboard, race, and camp together as much as possible. im very fortunate to have met her. i cant imagine where id be if i hadnt.
and john, me too. met my wife when she was actually still illegal, then got together 3-4 years later. never looked back

With my experience of such irreplaceable accessories I'm almost totally convinced this lower control panel fails to show the hidden additional two or three panels we never seem to be able to find.
BTW guys this is a great thread, enjoying the humor and downright creative wordsmithing too.

Re: Added the most expensive custom accessory ever!
Great thread here. I don't want to wear it out but our responses could go on and on. I wanted to say something like, don't get stuck in the wrong place or what wench might reel you in in a hurry, and it will probably be a bumpy ride! Um, metaphorically speaking of course, no offense Mandi!
Great pic!

Re: Added the most expensive custom accessory ever!
I wanted to post this somewhere, and since this thread is sufficiently manly,
11 to 4 !
No errors in game three, no Giant's errors in game four.
This is a great World Series regardless how it turns out.
Go Giants !!!

Are you slyly hinting this is one of the last bastions wherein men can be men without fearing bashing for acting natural?
Not a huge fan or follower of MLB but this series seems to be fun to watch---lots of scoring, come backs that are amazing in their own right---hard to know who'll win it all.
