Re: BOB Bail Out Bag $99

I think it's fine if you're going to stay with your RV if it breaks down, but it's a little lite on supplies if you're going to hike out from the backcountry.

Not bad for a car trunk either.

maybe i shouldnt have watched Walking Dead this season

agree it is a little lite...

also looking at stuff from this company

++++++++++++++++++++++++++

i would hate to trip on a freaking rock and puncture a lung
whilst in BFE

1) going to take some first aid classes with wife
2) gonna break down and get a sat phone
3) need to build a decent first aid/bob

fyi- i have a AED that i travel with
(auto external defib machine)

hope i never have to use any of the stuff
nor do i want to HAVE to use the jack or hi lift

Re: BOB Bail Out Bag $99

One thing I've added to my BOB are some small, one dose saline tubes that are great for rinsing out eyes. Invaluable as a contact lens wearer, but could be just as valuable if you get anything else (sand, van fluids, ) in your eye. Comes with an eye wash cup too. Maybe not needed in a BOB, but great for a first aid kit in a vehicle.
