coolest slide out option ive ever seen.

in a world of so many really cool van builds, this option is just so cool. wife was was super impressed until the last few pix, lol. she does not share that particular facet of my life

in my late teens and through my 20's, we hauled a foosball table to many a party. whether it was an outdoor party or indoor, we hauled that thing all over the place. was a constant source of entertainment for us. definitely miss playing the game.

That's cool. Thanks for sharing Shenrie! It's a lot of real estate for one pastime but if it's your thing it's your thing! I can't think of a better tailgate mobile.

Weird the pix stopped showing up. I guess people gotta click the link. It’s a nice build either way.

I love the game but could never justify the space. Wife won’t play me and not enough friends join us camping anymore to make it worth the effort, not that I’ve been able to figure out how to fit it into our proposed layout, lol.

Very fun for sure! That's a guy who's inner-child governs priorities ... struggling now with deciphering my initial emotion; giving myself credit for being more sensible, or just jealous - leaning towards the latter!

Very creative. I like the umbrella - awnings can be done very affordably.... or very expensively.

For another take on the "slide out" check out ... pretty awesome. Screengrab of what it looks like below.

You're not alone there----I too struggle as those conflicts seem to change or morph by the minute?

Fortunately I'm at that stage of life where I can indulge such things even if the current g/f doesn't always understand or agree.

Guy lives in my hood. Really cool build with lots of great execution. I also really like the windows around the top. If I had a fixed top that would be first on my list. Mimic a 21 window

My buddies want to do a slide out on my van but the money just isn’t there, lol.

I’ll admit when I saw that table my gears started turning on how to execute it in my van, but again. No money equates to no cool stuff.

There's been quite a few Sprinters over the years using the driver-side door slider panel at slideout. The increased space while the slide is out seems minimal, but you take a huge penalty when the slide is in. Mostly because they all seem to put a murphy bed here. Might work better with SMB "50" style layout.

RoadTrek made a rear slide for a couple of years, which I though was pretty cool. Keeps the overall length almost car-size, while allowing for a full interior.
