More of a shop accessory, but.....

I crowned my new shop with the king of all home shop tools this weekend. It's actually been laying on the floor in pieces for months but it's finally in. My expedition is about 7.5' high with the box and rack so I'm hoping I can get a van several feet off the ground at least.

Spoiled kid! I had a dirt floor to work on for the first few years of wrenching as a teen. :-)

Its crossed my mind more than once (and continues) to get a lift installed in my RV garage.

You'll wonder why you didn't do it years ago... one of the best investments you can make for a shop...

If nothing else, I'm sure my back would agree.

Just having that much shop space let alone a lift would be amazing. I can barely fit a single car in my garage. You are a lucky man.

I know it MG! I've been working outdoors on the ground all my 42 years. I'm in heaven and I hope he appreciates it. I think he will since this is his and going on the lift for awhile pretty soon.

Thanks. It's taken a LONG time to get here. It's an ugly steel building but I just look at it from the inside, where it looks great!

I'm very sure I've never worked on my van in a building for the 6 years I've had it. Congrats on your new lift and awesome work space.
