It actually looks more like their ITAS Iridium Transceiver Antenna System. This has a built in modem and the cable matches one of the cables you have in the picture.

But you need to provide something to talk to the modem.

Tried a Google image search hoping for an image match but no luck. Then just imaged searched on a few different types of surface mount antennas (Sat radio, GPS, Iridium,...) and got a lucky match. There's not that many different types of surface mount antennas.

Thank you so much! I tried to crop the logo and image search but no dice for me.

Going to contact them and see how much the unit is, looks like something I'd be intrested in using. Although i have a feeling it's $$$.

Update:

Had a email convo with a sales associate. Here is a copy-paste of the meat and potatoes,

"It’s hard to tell what this antenna is for- there are antennas of that shape for cellular 3G/4G, GPS, WLAN (Wifi, Bluetooth and other) and Iridium (which is indeed a satellite network).

All that I can say is that the connectors look like Iridium or WLAN connectors but there is no way to tell unless you plug in a modem! (Hirschman antenna don’t have product codes on the product; how did you even find out what brand it was?)"

Either way, they said for gps tracking and sos would be about $800. For 3g/4g data it would be $400-700. Those prices are just for the units.

Definitely not gonna hook this thing back up.

Thanks everyone for the detective work!
