Re: on board air - where are your outlets?
Mine are front and rear bumper but next time I'll do rear bumper and sides. I've already kinked my coiled hose I. 2 places pulling it around to the sides.

Re: on board air - where are your outlets?
I'll be adding OBA in a couple weeks and apreciate all the ideas about outlet placement. I do wonder about ways folks avoid filling the disconnects with sand, mud, salt water etc as more than once I have filled my hitch reciever with mud. . My first thought is to insert a plug, fabricate a cover of some sort, or simply place it inside the engine compartment and Aluminess rear storage area. Any other ideas, or is this not really a problem?

On my Bronco, I used a cover designed for air line quick disconnects, similar to one of these pages. I got mine from Kilby air, but I don't see it available on their webpage anymore.

Finger condoms......used in the restaurant industry
they also work great for putting over a muzzleloader barrel while hunting in the rain.

Re: on board air - where are your outlets?
I'm thinking the slickest side setup might be inside the barn door on the right side and behind the propane door (as shown above) on the left. These underhood setups are pretty good too. I would like to add another gauge to mine as well. I put my gauge in the pillar pod with a compressor switch on the dash and it does help me remember to charge up the tank before I park at a campsite.

I mounted a Viair inside rear aluminess bumper with tank under the van bolted to the backside of bumper. Mounted my air line through the bumper under the galley box.
