Speaking of lessons:

Always crack the bowl door with the lid down before operating!

Re: Porta-Potty

If you have slightly more storage room try the new Thetford "curve". Much nicer and easier to use and well worth the money.

Besides having to come home and dump the thing, the storage space they take up is a big concern for me. I have a little backpack thing that works with wag-bags. The seat stows inside the pack and there is ample space for supplies and bags. The bags are kind of expensive though.

Re: Porta-Potty

Have used one of that type in the past and had poor quality on the bags. We got so we doubled them up. If yours are $$ BUT do not have leak issues open the wallet.

Re: Porta-Potty

Been using the wal-Mart brand and have never had a problem. I've tried 4 different brands and no problems at all. Kitty litter helps in more ways than one.

Re: Porta-Potty

At a buck a bag, I could pay for a new Porta-potty on any trip a month or more. I hate to think how many times our P-P has been used in the last 8 years, but it has to be in the thousands.

I'll just keep putting that money in the tank.

Re: Porta-Potty

Mac,

For a minute I thought you had done a thousand flushes practicing with your P-P.
