I want to say it took me well under 5 min to go from 25 to 75 psi. However, I wasn't anal enough to time myself.

When I get a chance. I'll run a timed test and post the results.

ok I did a 30 psi to 70 psi on 16 fill ups or 4 complete air ups with this tank and its a 15lb. LT285/75R16 E rated tires.

Forgot to time it but it took way longer for the deflator to get tot 30psi then to fill. 3 to 4 minutes max is my guess as it depends on what you set the regulator at.

Ha, yes slow deflates too!
If I may recommend, I have tried these auto deflators which deflate as you drive.
Screw them on, drive for 5-10 minutes (to your trailhead or on your trailhead) and then remove them when they have deflated to your preset psi.
Worked decent for me although I need to buy the 15-40 psi model for more usable psi's for my uses...
