I find the red/white DOT reflective tape at my local trailer supply shop. Not sure if it would help with costs, but I could always pick some up and mail it to you. If there's a decent truck stop in your area, you might try there too.

already have in house
planing a trip to the calif hwy patrol to check all on the rig
lights, tape, height, mud flaps, baja box etc
will post what i find

FWIW I believe you can't put red or blue on the front for the obvious reasons... I don't know about lime green.

I went with cut 3M reflective vinyl. Your local sign shop can cut and apply it for you and it comes in many colors. Mine is Black during the day and reflects white when lights hit it. The pattern that it is cut in is a tribal band all the way around the van with our shop logo on the quarter panels. You can see it just starting to work in the below pics:

Northern Tool has different color reflective tape. Also white.
