Rodents getting in?

I've had a couple issue of mice getting in my van, and I just saw this thing, "The mouse blocker" Anyone ever seen or used one of these?

We use a similar product, rid-a-rat, under our hood. Haven't done a double-blind scientific test but it seems to work. Not sure how you'd use it inside the van compared to under the hood, which is a defined and enclosed area. There are some old threads about shining a bright light in the interior at night to find holes under the vehicle and blocking the holes.

We've picked up mice in our last two camps, which makes a total of three in 8 years. (Maybe a couple more than three.) Not sure why unless the drought and heat are making them hungrier. We may start setting traps over night.

We've also sprayed peppermint around the interior since it's supposed to be a deterrent. Didn't use it recently. May or may not help but it smells nice.

I have a buddy that has one in his garage but no proof it really works. I do hope you can get some positive data with this product.

I found mice leave a scent trail and if one gets in, it often open the door for others. I've got a few mice invasions in places where the area is flooding. They we so bad in the Tetons that they were running around inside my van right in front of me. At least I know those Fresh Cab packets don't work and neither did moth balls. I used a Rat-Zapper to get rid of them but would prefer a better solution. The smell they left behind stayed inside my van for months.
