Seat-back organizer or SMBStore.com

I was just perusing the Sportsmobile Store website and thought this photo was funny: this seat back organizer is shown with all the things you need to keep your little ones occupied on a long trip. Stuffed animals? Check. Folding knife? Check. Lighter? Umm, yes. I guess they forgot the can of bear spray and/or 9mm pistol...

I love my bear spray. It's legal in all states, and now you can also carry it across the border into Canada. Just make sure it's bear spray, not pepper spray, they will take that away despite the fact I thought they were pretty much the same. The 9mm is far less portable.

I was joking about the photo with stuffed animals for little kids and a knife/lighter in the same photo...

Do you know if this works the other way around? I always leave my bear spray at home when I cross in to WA. I was told it would be considered as a weapon.

I see a walkie talkie in there too. Must be a diesel. That’s the only way to communicate with the people in back...

Baby to marge! baby to marge! wah, wah! Over.

We’ve gone back and forth across the border several times out west and Yukon/Alaska with bear spray. We always declare it and have never had an issue at either side of the border.
