Swivel seats...

I am really having trouble getting swivel seats for my Chevy Express... DiscountVan&Truck have them but shipping 2 (driver+passenger) to me cost more than the parts themselves not far off 300 USD!!!

A local supplier is offering a pair of Sprinter swivel bases for 170 USD, do you think I can adapt them to the Chevy? trouble is they are 9cm high i.e. lower than the original base but too high to fit between the OEM base and the seat...

Any suggestions welcome

+ 1972 Saab 96 V4 (not running)
+ fixed house (Argh)
