Not in Photoshop Elements it doesn't ... what a POS. Don't currently have an active CS license, ergo no real Photoshop.

Check the flux capacitor. Bad flux capacitor causes these issues. Best of luck, it's a bitch to get to.

Wow, I wish I knew how to really use PS. Geoff, did you really go to all them places in Mexico or is it all photoshop
