Document Size Limit

I just tried to post an ordinary, 12-page pdf. It exceeded the forum document size limit, and I had to break it into two pieces. This strikes me as detrimental to our ability to share information with each other. Technical information and user manuals can easily run 50 or more pages. What can we do to make it possible to share such information?

In addition, finding documentation that is attached to posts is a serious challenge, as the search function is somewhat cumbersome to use. I wonder about the efficacy of maintaining a Dropbox or similar document repository that could be organized according to document type.

Thank you!
