Penthouse rear bar doesn't stay open

Hey guys, I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 Sportmobile. The penthouse worked flawlessly until yesterday when the right rear popup bar won't stay up. What gives?

Your penthouse has a bar?! I want one! The spring may have disengaged or a bolt has failed. You'll need to lift the upholstery over the right side lift mechanism and inspect it.
