Picture size HELP

I cant figure out how to down size the photos on my iphone to fit the size requirement for the forum can anyone help.

If you use 'tap a talk' it gives you the size option prior to posting.

Picture size HELP

I use PhotoPad for resizing. Like the control and don't like TapaTalk's "uploaded by TT" promo. Plus, you can now upload directly from a browser, which let's you name and comment the pic.
